ISO 9001 standards follow a plan-do-check-act methodology, provide a process-oriented approach towards auditing the procedures, and focus on an organized documenting style to achieve effective quality management in an organization.
The main objective of ISO implementation is to achieve continual improvement in the functioning of the Institute and in meeting the stakeholders’ expectations.
