The Training and Placement Office (TPO) is the Training, Placement & Industrial liaison unit within SFIMAR. We act as a Key Point of Contact (KPoC) between our highly diverse talent pool of students, alumni, and prospective employers. Our dedicated team ensures that the entire cycle of activity is seamless, and optimised so that we truly collaborate with the requisites of our industry partners. The process is designed to reflect the industry methodologies of campus hiring.

Level 1 Shortlist basis interests/ preferences of management graduates:

ensures that the graduates are briefed on the requisites of the company, and their preferences are matched.

Sharing of structured student resumes

ensures that the document submitted provides adequate information appropriately, is technically compatible with the employers’ database/ systems and easy to navigate.

Interview coordination and communication

ensures that a major workload of the process is appropriately shared between the employer resources and SFIMAR.

Tailored datasheets

ensures the quick availability of data, in the requisite format.

Process facilitation

ensures the seamless flow of the recruitment process, tailored according to the recruiter.

Infrastructure and resources support for In-Campus, Off-campus, and Online events

SFIMAR state-of-the-art infrastructure can be advantageous and can assist the recruitment process for initial filters, PIs, tests etc.

Corporate Onboarding

ensures the recruiter and the job role is adequately positioned to the aspirants before the actual recruitment cycle; employee brand building collaterals are shared, and if the need be, a group meeting arranged online/ offline for better delivery.

Compliance management

ensures that the regulatory, governance mandates of both the recruiter and SFIMAR are adhered to
