Prof. Paul Alukal is a faculty at St. Francis Institute of Management & Research. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the area of Human Resource Management. He is also a part-time fellow scholar at NITIE Mumbai in the area of OB & HR, working on the topic of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). The author has around three years of experience in the Industry & close to four years of experience as an Academician with special interest in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Leadership & Organizational Ethics.
